Services

HHHMLLC offers services that center around mental health:

Therapy Session

Counselor

Individual counseling– (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment, to offer individuals outlets to address their personal, social, and environmental needs, as we seek to nurture and preserve relationships.

Mental Health

Adolescent and adult cognitive-behavioral therapy-Cognitive behavioral therapy often referred to as CBT, is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on making connections between thoughts, behavior, and feelings-CBT is often used with adolescents. It can be effective in treating a wide range of issues including eating disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression.

Mental Therapy

Domestic relations therapy– In domestic relations and custody cases, courts may order that a therapist assist in reuniting a child and parent, when the parent has been absent for an extended period of time from the child’s life or there may be a lot conflict that results in the children and families being impacted due to placement and custody determination of the courts.

Mentoring (therapeutic)– offering ways to help adolescents process their actions, behaviors, socially, and emotional skills, in a more contorted setting. Mentoring is more geared to mental health stability that offers better redirection of actions and behaviors.

Truancy– working with adolescents and parents around the missing school, or delays in transitions to classes, that result in poor behavior and grades. Helping adolescents in better time management and offering better tools to lower negative outcomes.

Crisis intervention – is an immediate and short-term psychological care aimed at assisting individuals in a crisis situation in order to restore equilibrium to their bio-psycho-social functioning and to minimize the potential of long-term psychological trauma, with the hopes of reducing the trauma levels as fast as possible to avoid more negative or uncomfortable actions.

Trauma-focused therapy-Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy is evidence-based psychotherapy or counseling that aims at addressing the needs of children and adolescents with post-traumatic stress disorder and other difficulties related to traumatic life events.
